Before the war, there was one Forge.

For an age beyond counting, the Cold Forge slept beneath Kaldrath, its molten core sealed by five Iron Baronies who swore to never wake it. Each Barony held one Forge-Key as ward against the fire below.

That age ended the night a nameless engineer struck the First Ignition. The Forge roared awake. Ember rifts split the wastes. Now the five Baronies battle not just the fire, but each other — for whoever reclaims every Forge-Key will command the molten throne itself.

You arrive as a newly commissioned warlord, your barony's last hope to reach the core.
